Salon Manager & Creative Stylist/ Wella Master Colourist

Introducing Caitlin, Salon Manager and Creative Stylist at Reds Hair & Co. With a journey that began in Cairns in 2010, Caitlin has dedicated herself to continuous learning and growth. She has actively participated in hair colour and cutting workshops across major Australian cities, expanding her expertise and staying up to date with industry advancements. In 2019, Caitlin’s career reached a significant milestone when she completed a six-month intensive Colour Course at the esteemed Wella Studios in Sydney, becoming one of only a few Master Colour Experts in North Queensland. Her unwavering passion for industry education drives her to seek out new techniques and trends, delivering innovative hairstyling solutions to her clients. Beyond her own success, Caitlin is deeply committed to training and mentoring emerging stylists at Reds Hair & Co., nurturing the next generation of exceptional talent. Under her guidance, these stylists gain invaluable hands-on experience and develop the skills and creativity necessary to thrive in the industry. Creative Stylist

Introducing Christine, the exceptional Creative Stylist at Reds Hair & Co. With an extensive background in the hairdressing world, Christine brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to our salon. Her remarkable passion and unwavering dedication to the industry are evident through her longstanding tenure at Reds, which began back in 1997. Throughout the years, Christine has consistently delivered nothing but the very best for her salon guests. With Christine’s expertise and personalized approach, every visit to Reds Hair & Co. becomes an unforgettable experience.
Christine works by appointment only alternate weeks on Tuesday, Thursdays and Saturdays so booking ahead is highly recommended.

With a passion for all things hair and beauty, Emily has been residing in Cairns for the past five years, originally hailing from the vibrant city of Melbourne. She has dedicated herself to the art of all things hair, constantly honing her skills and staying up to date with the latest trends in the industry. Emily’s specialty lies in working with blondes and creating lived-in colours, bringing out the best in her clients’ hair. What truly drives Emily is the satisfaction she gets from making people feel good about themselves and witnessing the genuine smiles on their faces. With her talent and enthusiasm, Emily strives to provide exceptional service and to leave a lasting positive impact on everyone who sits in her chair.

Emerging Stylists

At Reds Hair & Co, our team of emerging stylists plays an essential role in supporting our senior hair team and contributing to the overall success of our salon. They are not only instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our salon but also continuously learning and growing to become exceptional senior stylists in the future. We take great pride in offering additional in-salon training to our junior team, instilling confidence in their knowledge and skill level when assisting with client services. A crucial aspect of this training involves dedicating time each week for our emerging stylists to refine their skills on models who participate as training clients. We are always on the lookout for models who are interested in being a part of this training process.

Please note that as it is a training scenario, the following considerations apply:

the session may take longer than a regular appointment
models are needed for specific skills that the junior stylists are practising at the time
there is a discounted cost associated with our training services
and all training sessions are supervised by a senior stylist from the salon.

While our emerging stylists are capable, we kindly ask for your understanding and respect as they are still in the learning phase.
